Matchbox Twenty has been working on new material to release this October working with producer Steve Lillywhite (who’s worked with the likes of U2) providing a radio teaser with the released singleHow Far We’ve Come…No Doubt has headed back into the studio for work on a new album to come out next year…P.O.D. bass player Traa is doing free bass clinics at Carvin stores in Southern California on the 30th, 31st, and the 1st…The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus finished shooting the video for their next single Guardian Angel in L.A. this past Monday…Angels and Airwaves has also released a new single Everything’s Magic (for those non-radio listeners)…Beyonce has been doing some major promotion for the release of her Spanish album this year and is off to a great start with a Latin Grammy nomination for her duet with Shakira…The Almost kept busy in Southern California doing a signing/acoustic performance at the Los Angeles Paul Frank store Monday afternoon and later on that night providing another acoustic performance–this one a surprise–with The Starting Line in Riverside only to return back to Los Angeles for a mini-concert taping at Jimmy Kimmel live…whew!…oh, and who’s going to pay $300 (starting!) to attend the Spice Girls reunion tour?
